The Stafford PBA 297 announcing the “Southern Ocean Showdown”!  An elite fitness competition open to all Police / Military & First Responders.  

4 MAN TEAM FITNESS COMPETITION

FOR THOSE WHO BALANCE THE ESSENCE OF FITNESS, STRENGTH, AND ENDURANCE. APPROXIMATELY 80 MINUTE COURSE OF VARIOUS STRENGTH AND ENDURANCE EXERCISES. THE COURSE ENDS WITH A SIM-GUN CHALLENGE.
